You've made the decisions and chosen your vendors. Our Month of Coordination begins 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding, giving us time to learn your plans, connect with your vendor team, and create a seamless plan for the day. We step in so you can be present, stress less, and enjoy every moment.

Events prices each wedding individually because no two are the same. Month of Coordination covers vendor confirmations, timeline creation, and wedding day coordination with an assistant. Full Service Planning adds vision development, vendor sourcing, design, budget guidance, and planning meetings throughout your engagement.
Full service planning means your planner is involved from the beginning, handling design, vendor sourcing, budget, and logistics across the whole engagement. Month of coordination begins four to six weeks before the wedding and covers final details, vendor confirmations, the day-of timeline, and on-site coordination. Choose full service if you want a partner throughout, and month of coordination if you have already made your decisions and need someone to execute them.
Most couples book their wedding planner 12 to 18 months before the wedding, and popular Arizona venues and vendors often book 12 months out. For month of coordination, four to six months ahead is comfortable. Booking earlier matters most if your date falls in peak season from October through April, when Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Sedona venues fill quickly.
Yes. Kismet & Co. Events plans weddings throughout the Phoenix metro and across Arizona, including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler, and Sedona. We also travel for destination weddings. If your venue is outside these areas, ask — most of Arizona is within reach.
