For proposals we coordinate the setting, the timing, any vendors involved, and a photographer positioned out of sight, working quietly so the moment stays a surprise. We handle the logistics in the background so the person being proposed to only experiences the moment itself.

For smaller gatherings, four to eight weeks is usually comfortable. For larger parties, milestone birthdays, or anything requiring a venue and multiple vendors, three to six months is safer — venues and popular vendors book up first. Proposals and intimate dinners can often be arranged with a few weeks' notice.
